Fake News Failure, CNN+ Shutting Down

Warner Bros. Discovery is shutting down CNN+, just one month after its launch.

CNN’s new parent company will cease operations of the subscription streaming service after the platform got off to a slow start with dismal daily viewership, sources told the New York Times

“CNN+, the streaming service that was hyped as one of the most significant developments in the history of CNN.

After just one month from its launch,” they will be shutting down on April 30, CNN wrote in a tweet.

Chris Licht, the incoming CEO of CNN, has called an all-staff meeting scheduled for noon to announce the news.

Goodbye CNN+, your entire network will be next.
