Saudi Arabia has banned Disney’s latest Doctor Strange film from being shown in the country and demanded the removal of a lesbian character’s 12-second reference to her ‘two mums’.
The kingdom has asked Disney to cut ‘LGBTQ references’ from the latest Marvel superhero film ‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness’, slated for release in early May, before it can be screened there, an official said.
