NBA Star Stephen Curry Hypocritically Opposes Low-Income Housing Near His CA Mansion
Once again a wealthy and famous sports personality has been caught in hypocrisy.
NBA player Stephen Curry has intentionally positioned himself as a social justice activist calling on all Americans to join him in supporting radical leftist’ agenda items.
Curry is a longtime Democrat who has been increasingly participating in events promoting equity. In one of the events, he joined former president Barack Obama for a town hall on racial equality in 2019.
But, the NBA All-Star has been caught telling his city council, “Not in my backyard” (NIMBY).
Despite being part of a nonprofit that “aims to promote economic equality and opportunity,” Curry and his wife are opposing the construction of a low-income housing development near their multi-million dollar mansion.
If their $30 million mansion is not spared its new neighbor, the Currys asked for higher fencing and landscaping between the properties.
