Kyle Rittenhouse Forced Back Into Court
The anti-constitutional mob in the United States HATES the second amendment which guarantees Americans the RIGHT to “bear arms”.
“A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”
So when a teenager was recorded shooting anarchists attacking him, as they were in the midst of damaging businesses during a Black Lives Matters riot, the left demanded his head on a platter.
Kyle Rittenhouse faced two charges of murder, one charge of attempted murder, and two charges of reckless endangerment relating to a melée near midnight on August 25, 2020, during the riots in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
In addition to the self-defense killing of Huber, Rittenhouse also killed attacker Joseph Rosenbaum and wounded another, Gaige Grosskreutz.
After a tense trial bought by woke prosecutors, the left lost, but justice won.
On Nov 19, 2021, millions of Americans watch Kyle Rittenhouse react as each of the not-guilty verdicts reached by a Wisconsin jury was read.
Unfortunately, as with other family members of criminals injured or killed by police officers, or in this case a private citizen, a civil lawsuit has been filed by the families against the city of Kenosha, WI, and Rittenhouse himself.
Rittenhouse sought to have the suit dismissed but U.S. District Judge Lynn Adelman ruled that it can go forward.
On Wednesday, the judge issued a ruling that a wrongful death suit filed by the father of Anthony Huber, one of the men killed in the Kenosha riots by Rittenhouse, Anthony Huber, could proceed.
The suit targets “the city and county of Kenosha” in addition to Rittenhouse, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel noted.
