Brittney Griner Hates America And Deserves To Languish In A Russian Prison
Griner’s arrest and potential sentencing could and should be a huge wakeup call for obnoxious social justice warriors who are blind to how good they have it in America.
Despite allegedly happening a few weeks ago, news is now circulating that WNBA standout Brittney Griner is being detained in Russia for the reported crime of traveling with hashish oil. The charge comes with a possible sentence of up to ten years in prison.
There isn’t a whole of new information at this point, with her agent, Lindsay Kagawa Colas saying that:
“We are aware of the situation with Brittney Griner in Russia and are in close contact with her, her legal representation in Russia, her family, her teams, and the WNBA and NBA. As this is an ongoing legal matter, we are not able to comment further on the specifics of her case but can confirm that as we work to get her home, her mental and physical health remain our primary concern.”
Let me be clear about one thing: I don’t care about this story. I care only about using it to advance a sane response to the absolutely insane religious zealotry believed and practiced by leftists. Moreover, I hope Griner languishes in a prison cell. Allow me to explain.
In the summer of 2020, following the drug overdose by George Floyd, Griner explained that she would be protesting the playing of the national anthem before games by remaining in the locker room. She went on to say that:
“I honestly feel we should not play the national anthem during our season. I think we should take that much of a stand.”
